Rare 2020 Lincoln Continental Coach Door on Bring a Trailer A. Krivonosov

A near-new 2020 Lincoln Continental Coach Door Edition with 297 km is up on Bring a Trailer. 400-hp AWD, adaptive suspension, lavish cabin, collector-grade.

A truly rare collectible has hit the market: a 2020 Lincoln Continental Coach Door Edition. Listed on Bring a Trailer, the car shows just 297 kilometers on the odometer, effectively making it a near-new example.

The Coach Door Edition debuted in 2019 to mark Lincoln’s 80th anniversary. The plan called for 80 units, but strong demand extended production into the 2020 model year. Even then, only 230 were built, which quickly turned the series into a magnet for collectors.

This auction car wears Infinite Black Metallic paint and has protective film applied, including on the windshield. It rolls on original 20-inch wheels shod with Goodyear Eagle Touring tires. The wheelbase is stretched by six inches, giving the rear row noticeably more room.

Inside, the flagship brief is carried through with alpine leather upholstery, silver-toned wood trim, multi-zone climate control, a rear center armrest with an LCD screen, power-adjustable rear seats, a 19-speaker Revel Ultima audio system, and SYNC 3 infotainment with navigation.

Power comes from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 rated at 400 hp, paired with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. An adaptive suspension completes the package with a clear bias toward smooth, unruffled comfort.

The Continental Coach Door Edition is a rare slice of modern American luxury—one that, given its production numbers and pristine condition, feels less like a mere premium sedan and more like an investment-grade automobile.
