Porsche Design Tower Bangkok: Sky Villas with Passion Space porsche.newsroom

Explore Porsche Design Tower Bangkok’s 22 Sky Villas, each with a private Passion Space garage, EV-ready, and a home elevator. Opening 2028; show villa 2025.

Porsche is once again selling not only cars but a whole way of life—this time in Asia. The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is slated to officially open in 2028, yet by the end of 2025 the project plans to present a completed show villa so potential buyers can experience the luxury firsthand. The format is intentionally niche: just 22 Sky Villa residences, each with its own acrylic pool and access to a private underground area called Passion Space.

Passion Space is the key automotive draw. It’s more than parking: it’s a personal garage offered in various sizes; in its largest configuration it accommodates about 18 cars and can be tailored to the owner’s taste. The focus is on engineering substance—sound insulation, ventilation with exhaust extraction, climate and humidity control, CO2/O2 monitoring, and readiness for electric vehicles and communications. The highlight is a private elevator linking the garage directly to the home, turning a collection into part of the daily routine. The idea clearly targets those who want their cars to live with them, not just near them.

Prices are stated between 15 and 50 million dollars. The most expensive option spans two levels and includes three bedrooms, multiple kitchens, a study, a wellness area, and a dedicated room for wine and cigars.

Even the architectural touches are positioned as a nod to the brand’s DNA: materials and tactile finishes with an automotive feel, visible stitching and soft surfaces—like scaling up a sports car cockpit to apartment size. At ground level the plan includes a cultural layer with cafés, curated displays, and car showcases, presenting the complex as part of the Porsche scene rather than just another prestigious address.
