Lucid launches Recharged, a certified pre-owned EV program

Lucid Motors announced the launch of a certified pre-owned electric-vehicle program, dubbed Lucid Recharged. Running alongside the brand’s standard used inventory, it covers only single-owner cars showing fewer than 100,000 km on the odometer. The strategy looks like a pragmatic way to welcome more shoppers into the fold without easing up on standards.

Every car is checked against a 160-plus-point list and, when needed, receives mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment with genuine Lucid components. Certified vehicles keep the original factory warranty—four years or 80,000 km—and add a further 12 months or 20,000 km from the manufacturer. The bundle also includes roadside assistance, a verified service history, a clean title, and a Carfax report. It doesn’t break new ground, but it hits the notes buyers care about: transparency, coverage, and confidence.
