GM launches the 2026 Chevrolet Cruze across the Middle East (except UAE), with LS and LT trims, dual 10.25-inch displays, a 1.5L engine and prices from $11,500.

General Motors has officially rolled out the all-new 2026 Chevrolet Cruze across Middle Eastern markets. Sales are already underway in most of the region—Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, and Bahrain—with the UAE the lone exception.

The model marks Chevrolet’s return to the sedan segment and joins the brand’s 2026 lineup for Southwest Asia. Offered in LS and LT trims, the Cruze features a digital instrument cluster and an infotainment system built around two 10.25-inch displays. The LT version adds an expanded set of comfort features along with leatherette upholstery, while the dual-screen layout gives the cabin a distinctly modern feel.

Under the hood is a naturally aspirated 1.5-liter gasoline engine producing 113 hp and 141 Nm, paired with a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The focus here is squarely on efficiency rather than outright performance.

In essence, the 2026 Chevrolet Cruze is a renamed Chevrolet Monza, produced by the SAIC-GM joint venture in China and imported to Arab markets. In Qatar and Kuwait, the base price is approximately 11,500 dollars.
