Aston Martin unveils an 18-story oceanfront tower in Daytona Beach: 86 residences, ultra-luxury penthouses, direct beach access, completion scheduled for 2029.

Aston Martin is once again stepping beyond carmaking: the company is developing an oceanfront residential complex in Daytona Beach, Florida. The project, called Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach, is being built in partnership with Valor Real Estate Development and fits into a broader push to diversify the brand.

Set at 3411 South Atlantic Avenue, right on the shoreline, the 18-story tower will contain 86 apartments totaling more than 20,000 square meters. The top two floors are set aside for eight two-level ultra-luxury penthouses, and two levels are dedicated to parking—because residents will want a proper spot for their DB12 or DBX707.

Some homes will open to sweeping views of the Atlantic; others will look toward neighboring hotels and the Burger King across the street. Residents are promised direct beach access, restaurants, a bakery, and other premium amenities.

According to Aston Martin’s brand development director Stefano Saporetti, the project reflects the company’s ambition to move beyond the automotive world and offer clients an exclusive lifestyle. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2029.

Aston Martin isn’t just putting up a building; it’s sketching a dream on the ocean’s edge—with British poise, parking for supercars, and a knowingly cheeky view of Burger King. The contrast of coastal glamour and everyday Americana gives the address a wry charm that suits the badge.
