The all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona is now orderable in Europe from €66,000. The catch: it keeps the US CCS1 plug, so an adapter is mandatory for CCS2 charging.

The European Dodge Charger Daytona in top Scat Pack trim produces up to 670 hp, comes with all-wheel drive, and sprints to 96 km/h (60 mph) in 3.3 seconds. But plugging the brand’s first electric muscle car into local stations will require an adapter: officially imported cars keep the American CCS1 connector, while Europe runs on the CCS2 standard.

Orders are already open through importer KWA. The Daytona R/T makes 536 hp, the Scat Pack 670 hp. Both versions get a 100.5 kWh battery, a 400-volt architecture, and one electric motor per axle. First deliveries are set for September 2026. The full Charger lineup, including the gas-powered Sixpack, starts at €66,000, though Dodge hasn’t named separate pricing for the electric versions.

There’s a discrepancy worth noting. The press release states a 20–80% charge takes around 27 minutes at a peak 183 kW. The European importer’s own documentation lists up to 180 kW and roughly 40 minutes in a typical road scenario. On top of that, the adapter isn’t only needed for fast DC charging — it’s also required to connect to European AC stations.

Cars bought through the official network get an eight-year, 160,000 km battery warranty. Unofficially imported US units get no European warranty coverage at all — service stays tied to North America. That makes the official channel worth more than whatever savings a grey import might offer.

According to 32CARS.RU, the model’s public debut in Munich and Dodge’s attempt to gain a foothold in Europe’s premium segment were covered earlier. The Daytona does bring a genuinely unusual 670 hp to Europe, but everyday ownership will be defined less by the acceleration figures and more by the CCS1–CCS2 adapter and a real-world 30–40 minutes at the charger.
