Renault has unveiled a new take on the 4 E-Tech Electric: a compact Van. Unlike the passenger version, it drops the rear seat; in its place sits a robust load platform with tie-down eyes and a separating grille. The move feels deliberately pragmatic, turning the EV into a straightforward work tool.
The cargo area offers 1,045 liters and supports up to 374 kg. An underfloor compartment is set aside for the charging cable, and the loading length measures 1.2 meters.
The 4 E-Tech Electric Van comes with two setups. The entry specification pairs a 120 hp motor with a 40 kWh battery, good for up to 311 km on a charge. The stronger option delivers 150 hp and a 52 kWh pack, extending range to 413 km.
Prices start at €25,062 before VAT. Positioned as a city-focused electric van, it blends practicality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility; on paper, the figures look well judged for urban errands.
