Audi has refreshed the RS3, but the changes are focused inside the cabin rather than under the hood, which keeps its five-cylinder engine untouched.
Audi will keep building the RS3 with its five-cylinder engine, despite the recent arrival of the anniversary Competition Limited version. The performance model has received an update alongside the rest of the A3 family, with the main changes focused inside the cabin rather than under the hood.
The dashboard has been replaced with a new design featuring a combined curved display. There’s also a new steering wheel with flattened top and bottom sections, plus a redesigned center console. Spotting the updated RS3 from the outside is harder — the main giveaway is a slightly revised front grille.
The standard equipment list now includes adaptive and predictive cruise control, a rearview camera, auto-dimming interior and exterior mirrors, and a Sonos audio system. Additional features are split between the Tech Plus and Tech Pro packages.
What matters most to fans stays the same. Power still comes from a 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder engine, putting out 400 hp. This update brings no major technical overhaul — Audi has simply made the RS3 feel more modern inside without touching its core formula. In the Netherlands, the RS3 Sportback is priced at €115,490. The sedan costs €500 more — €115,990.
