Jetour F700: pre-orders open at 364,900 yuan for a hybrid pickup with a 1,300 km range

Jetour F700: Plug-In Hybrid Pickup Priced From $53,900 jetourglobal.com

Jetour has opened pre-orders for the Zongheng F700 plug-in hybrid pickup at 364,900 yuan, with an 800V architecture and a claimed 1,300 km range, though payload tops out at just 223 kg.

Jetour has opened pre-orders for the plug-in hybrid F700 at 364,900 yuan — roughly $53,900. The pickup promises a 1,300 km range and fast charging, though its stated payload capacity comes in at just 181–223 kg.

The Jetour Zongheng F700 looks closer to a large open-bed SUV than a working pickup. At 5,495 mm long with a 3,350 mm wheelbase, its regulatory payload rating is only 181–223 kg. That is not enough for five adults with luggage, so buyers will need to check the specific trim’s limits and the data plate before ordering. Bed dimensions have not been disclosed yet.

The preliminary price for the five-seat Player One trim is set at 364,900 yuan, or roughly $53,900. Final pricing across the lineup, the full launch date, and delivery timelines have not been announced.

The plug-in hybrid CDM-O system is built around a two-liter turbo engine rated at 155 kW — about 211 hp — with 340 Nm of torque. Jetour claims a combined range of 1,300 km on the CLTC cycle. That is a lab figure for a fully charged battery and a full tank, not a promise of the same result on a highway in winter or under load.

The electrical side runs on an 800V architecture with a CATL Shenxing lithium iron phosphate battery supporting 4C charging. Jetour says a 20–80% top-up takes 10 minutes, but battery capacity, electric-only range, and total system output are not specified in the pre-order announcement. Without those figures, it is hard to gauge charging costs, curb weight, or the hybrid system’s real-world efficiency.

The cabin gets a 15.6-inch central touchscreen and a 35.4-inch panoramic display. Jetour is promising first-batch buyers a home charging unit with basic installation and a lifetime warranty for the original owner under non-commercial use. The terms of that warranty are worth checking separately — a Chinese domestic program will not automatically apply to a vehicle privately imported elsewhere.

The F700 is positioned against established hybrid and gas pickups in the segment on both range and technology, though its payload figures look modest by comparison.

Jetour previewed the F700 concept at Auto China 2026 in Beijing, but the pickup is not yet listed for international markets and no sales launch has been confirmed. Until a market-certified version appears, the charging connector type, cold-weather tuning, battery warranty terms, and approved gross weights remain open questions. Buyers who need genuine hauling capacity should wait for local type approval rather than going by the bed dimensions and the claimed 1,300 km alone.
