Jeep has opened UK orders for the Avenger 85th Anniversary, offered with petrol, e-Hybrid, 4xe and Electric powertrains starting at £30,395.
Jeep has opened UK orders for the Avenger 85th Anniversary. The lineup includes petrol, hybrid, all-wheel-drive and electric versions. The gap between the all-wheel-drive 4xe and the Electric model comes to just £204. So the choice of anniversary trim comes down not to price, but to how the car will actually be used: the 4xe brings all-wheel drive, while the Electric drops the petrol engine but needs regular access to charging.
The petrol Avenger with 100hp starts at £30,395. The e-Hybrid is priced at £31,395, the all-wheel-drive 4xe at £33,395, and the Electric at £33,599.

The standard petrol version comes with a manual gearbox. The e-Hybrid gets a 110hp powertrain, a six-speed dual-clutch automatic and a 48-volt battery with 0.9kWh of capacity. The Avenger 4xe produces 145hp and drives the rear axle with a separate electric motor. The electric version makes 156hp, covers up to 399km on the WLTP cycle, and charges from 20 to 80% in about 30 minutes on a 100kW charger.
The anniversary trim stands out with an illuminated seven-slot grille, special badges and 18-inch gold-finish wheels. Inside, there are tartan seats with 85th Anniversary logos. Matrix LED headlights, LED fog lights and a 360-degree camera come as standard; the 4xe adds a bonnet decal.

For city driving and longer trips without reliable charging infrastructure, the petrol version is the simplest choice. The e-Hybrid removes the need to shift gears manually but can’t go far without its engine. The 4xe makes sense on slippery roads and light off-road terrain, though it won’t turn the compact Avenger into a Wrangler substitute.
According to 32CARS.RU, buyers considering the electric version should also check the charging connector, app functionality and availability of software diagnostics before ordering.
