Nissan More: How a Single Dealer Service Extends Your Warranty by Another Year

Nissan More: Free Warranty Extension Renews With Every Service nissan-global.com

Nissan has expanded its More program in Italy, letting owners extend coverage each year with a dealer service visit — up to 10 years or 200,000 km.

Nissan has expanded its More program in Italy, giving owners extra warranty protection after the standard factory coverage of three years or 100,000 km runs out. Once a full service is completed at an official dealer, protection activates for 12 months or until the next scheduled mileage interval, whichever comes first.

The program can be renewed every year until the car turns 10 years old or reaches 200,000 km — whichever limit is hit first. Even a car previously serviced outside the dealer network can qualify, once it passes a technical inspection and any faults found are fixed.

Nissan More covers the engine’s core components, the turbocharger, internal parts of manual and automatic transmissions, the drivetrain, and the differential — and for electric vehicles, the traction motor, inverter and power distribution unit. The cost includes the necessary parts, fluids and labor.

The program isn’t a full replacement for the factory warranty, though: it doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, the clutch, belts, filters, or an EV’s traction battery and its loss of capacity. Also excluded are the GT-R, pickups, vans, taxis, rental cars and some fleet vehicles. The program applies to Nissan cars registered in Italy.
