Mercedes-Benz C-Class: configurator closed, only dealer stock cars left

Mercedes-Benz has stopped taking custom orders for the W/S 206 C-Class. Buyers now choose from dealer stock or wait for the refreshed model, expected in August 2026.
Mercedes-Benz has closed the configurator for the current C-Class W/S 206. The sedan and estate can no longer be ordered to spec with the buyer’s choice of engine, colour and options.
Anyone who wants a C-Class right now has to pick from dealer stock. The alternative is to wait for the updated version, which Mercedes-Benz is reportedly set to reveal in August 2026.
For buyers this is a transition period ahead of the facelift, not the end of the C-Class. Stock cars usually offer a narrower selection than custom orders: the exact trim, colour or option combination may simply not be available on the lot.
