Ravage Tarmac Master: A Fitting Farewell for the Alpine A110
Meet the Ravage Tarmac Master, a limited Alpine A110 with 340 hp and aggressive styling. Only 10 will be made – the ultimate farewell for the iconic sports car.
The Alpine A110 is ending production, but the final chapter isn't exactly coming from the factory itself. French outfit Ravage Automobile has unveiled the Tarmac Master, a rare version based on the A110 R Ultime with Alpine's official backing.
Alpine will supply Ravage with additional chassis that fall outside the 110-unit limit of the Ultime. Production will be capped at just 10 cars. After assembly, the cars head to O-One, which already builds Ravage's Groupe 4 versions.

Mechanically, the Tarmac Master closely mirrors the A110 R Ultime, but the package has been turned up a notch. The 1.8-liter turbo engine, prepped by Oreca to near-GT4 spec, features forged rods and pistons, a new turbocharger, and higher compression. On 98-octane fuel, it delivers 316 hp and 420 Nm, while with racing SP102 fuel it rises to 340 hp (same torque) but with a broader torque curve. Curb weight stays impressively low at around 1,100 kg.
A six-speed dual-clutch transmission and limited-slip differential handle power delivery. The suspension uses fully adjustable Öhlins TTX dampers, hydraulic bump stops, and reinforced anti-roll bars. AP Racing brakes are both lighter and stronger than the standard items, and the new forged wheels measure 8 inches wide at the front and 10 at the rear.

The bodywork is widened along the lines of Ravage's Groupe 4 car: the front track grows by 50 mm and the rear by 90 mm. Still, the Tarmac Master looks even more aggressive than a standard Groupe 4. The front end is heavily focused on cooling and aerodynamics, while the rear section with its mesh inserts forms a cohesive design.
The design was penned by Benoît Tallec and Antonino Lo Re, a former Aston Martin designer who worked on the Valkyrie. As a result, the Tarmac Master is far from a simple wide-body tune. Function drives every element; nothing is purely decorative or just for show.
Pricing starts at €295,000, which is €30,000 more than the factory Ultime. Custom paint costs an additional €13,000, and interior reupholstery begins around €10,000. Reserving a build requires a €125,000 deposit, with deliveries scheduled for spring 2027.
The A110 has always been about lightness, balance, and precision, not brute force. The Tarmac Master honors that philosophy while pushing it to a near-collectible extreme. If this truly is the A110's swan song, it's a far more fitting farewell than most special editions.
