Xpeng is launching the large electric minivan X9 in Germany. The seven-seater is already open for orders, with first deliveries slated for June 2026. Pricing starts at €77,600 including VAT.
The Xpeng X9 measures nearly 5.32 meters in length, with a wheelbase of 3.16 meters. Its cabin follows a 2+2+3 configuration, seating seven. Front and second-row seats offer power adjustment, heating, ventilation, and massage. The second row features Zero-Gravity seats that can recline to near-flat position. Cargo capacity is 721 liters with all seats up, and over 2,550 liters with the third row folded.
Three versions will be available in Germany. The base X9 Standard Range uses an LFP battery of 94.8 kWh, front-wheel drive, and a 235 kW (320 hp) motor, delivering up to 535 km WLTP range. The Long Range variant packs an NMC battery of 110 kWh and achieves up to 615 km. The top Performance model adds all-wheel drive, 370 kW (503 hp), and a range of up to 580 km.
A standout feature is the 800-volt architecture. Xpeng quotes a charging power up to 542 kW, allowing a 10 to 80% top-up in about 12 minutes. The X9 also comes with air suspension, four-wheel steering, surround-view camera, heat pump, a 17.3-inch display, a 21-inch head-up display, and a ceiling-mounted screen for passengers.
