BYD unveils Sealion 7 Inter Edition electric crossover

BYD has unveiled a limited-run Sealion 7 Inter Edition, an electric crossover created in partnership with the Inter football club. Only 250 units are planned, though BYD may expand the run if demand proves strong. The model stands out with a metallic black exterior, a Full Black cabin, and signature blue highlights. Inside, the club’s logos and dedicated multimedia graphics set the tone, while the seats feature a central stripe in the team’s colors. The theme feels cohesive and purposeful, leaning on contrast rather than flashy add-ons.

The series comes in two configurations. The Sealion 7 Comfort RWD uses a single 230 kW motor, sprints to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds, and delivers a WLTP range of 482 km from an 82.5 kWh battery. The Excellence AWD adds a second motor for a combined 390 kW, cuts the 0–100 km/h time to 4.5 seconds, and offers up to 502 km of range with a 91.3 kWh pack. On paper, both variants balance punchy acceleration with credible distance, with the AWD setup prioritizing pace without losing sight of efficiency.

BYD also noted a dedicated pricing offer will be available to Inter Club members. In Italy, the base Sealion 7 currently starts at 47,400 euros. With interest in Chinese-made cars on the rise, this kind of club-branded edition is a smart way to put the nameplate in front of a wider audience.
