The premium MPV segment is evolving rapidly, with new cars offering increasingly higher levels of comfort. One standout model in this space is the updated Buick Century, set to officially launch on April 28.

The model doesn't undergo major exterior changes, keeping its recognizable style with a large grille, chrome accents, and vertical headlights. The key updates lie in the details and equipment, where the brand emphasizes luxury and technology. Buyers will have two options: a four-seat version and a seven-seat version. The flagship four-seat variant stands out with a two-tone paint job and exclusive design elements inspired by Chinese culture.

Inside, there's a 30-inch 6K display, plus an additional 32-inch screen for rear passengers with a lift function and a privacy partition. Comfort reaches a new level: second-row seats feature 22-point massage and an infrared graphene heating system. Functions are controlled via separate touch panels, turning the car into a full-fledged mobile lounge.

Under the hood, the proven combination remains—a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a 48-volt mild hybrid system, producing 237 hp and 350 Nm of torque. It's paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, balancing performance and ride smoothness.

Buick isn't aiming for a revolution but rather perfecting an already successful formula. The question of which car is better in this segment is increasingly answered not by power, but by comfort level, and here the Century confidently plays in the top league.
