Kia Expands EV4 and EV5 Lineups with All-Wheel-Drive Versions
Kia introduces AWD versions of EV4 and EV5 for 2026, boasting 265 hp, increased range, and towing capacity. Pricing starts from €45,195.
Kia has expanded its EV4 and EV5 electric vehicle lineups with all-wheel-drive versions. These new models are part of the 2026 model year and are aimed at the European market.
Both the EV4 and EV5 in AWD trim feature a powertrain producing 265 hp and 385 Nm of torque, which is 61 hp more than the base versions. They come with an 81.4 kWh battery pack. The EV4 offers a range of up to 560 km, while the EV5 achieves up to 491 km.
Towing capacity also differs: the EV4 can tow up to 1,500 kg, whereas the EV5 can handle up to 1,800 kg, making the larger model better suited for trailer duty. The premium for AWD and increased power is up to 3,000 euros. The Kia EV4 AWD starts at 45,195 euros, and the EV5 AWD at 49,495 euros.
