LEPAS Brand Launches with Two All-Electric Crossovers: L6 EV and L4 EV
Chery unveils LEPAS, a new EV brand focused on elegance and user experience. The L6 and L4 crossovers debut with advanced tech and design.
At the Beijing Auto Show, a new brand called LEPAS was launched, created by the Chery Group. The company immediately signaled its ambitions by unveiling two all-electric crossovers: the L6 EV and the L4 EV.
LEPAS is positioned as a separate division focused more on user experience than on the tech race. Its philosophy revolves around elegance, blending design, technology, and comfort. The brand will leverage Chery's global resources and a new EV platform called LEX.
The flagship debut model is the LEPAS L6 EV, a city-oriented electric crossover with a strong tech focus. It features striking lighting, a spacious interior, and an expanded suite of driver assists: highway autopilot, intelligent parking, and a digital AI assistant. The model is designed for daily use and comfortable city drives.

The second new model, the LEPAS L4 EV, is a more compact crossover aimed at urban mobility. It comes with a 160 kW electric motor, a range of about 500 km, and support for fast charging. A multi-link suspension and modern driver assistance systems make it a versatile option for both city and highway driving.
Both models share a distinctive design language with aggressive aesthetics and well-thought-out interior space. LEPAS bets on a balance between visual appeal and technological content. Chery continues to expand its influence by creating new brands for different audiences.
LEPAS looks like an attempt to play in a more premium and emotional segment, and if the focus on design and comfort pays off, the brand could quickly carve out its niche.
