At the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, BMW introduced an all-electric version of its sports liftback, the i4 M60. This model showcases the evolution of the M Performance line in the electric vehicle segment and serves as the flagship variant of the i4 range.

The BMW i4 M60 is equipped with a dual-motor electric powertrain and all-wheel drive. Total output is around 600 hp, allowing the car to hit 100 km/h in roughly 3.7 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited.

Visually, the model stands out with BMW's signature M kidney grille, an aggressive front bumper, and sporty trim elements. The example shown is finished in a purple shade, paired with black wheels and aerodynamic components. At the rear, it features typical M-series accents and a prominent diffuser.

Inside, the cabin adopts a sporty style with a digital instrument cluster and a large central display. Functions are controlled via the latest generation iDrive system. The car supports modern driver assistance and connectivity systems.

The BMW i4 is built on the CLAR platform, adapted for an electric powertrain. The M60 version's WLTP range can exceed 500 km, depending on configuration.
The model's debut in Beijing underscores BMW's strategy of expanding its electric lineup, including high-performance variants with the M badge.
