Opel has refreshed the Mokka, making it both more tech-forward and greener. The hybrid setup can now move on pure electric power at low speeds, delivering locally zero emissions in the city. For those who prefer a classic approach, there is still a 100 kW (136 hp) petrol engine paired with a six-speed manual—so the choice remains in the buyer’s hands.

The brand’s Detox & Greenovation design direction brings a clean look with the removal of exterior chrome, an aerodynamically revised bumper, and efficiency-focused wheels on the Mokka Electric. Inside, fabrics incorporate recycled materials and the steering wheel uses vegan trim, while the horizontal layout reflects the signature Opel Compass. Dropping the chrome feels like a timely move that suits the car’s crisp lines.

Infotainment takes a clear step forward: two 10-inch displays (instrument cluster and center screen) are now standard, widgets are operated much like on a smartphone, and the navigation works with the voice prompt Hey, Opel.
