Discover Jeep's 2026 premieres: Recon off-road EV, new Compass in BEV, PHEV and MHEV forms, and Europe's Wagoneer S. Specs, ranges and power figures inside.

In 2026, Jeep is preparing several major premieres. The headline debut is the Recon, an all-electric SUV designed to retain the brand’s signature off-road capability. It will feature an e-locker system, underbody protection, and dedicated off-road tires. The presentation is expected in late 2025 or early 2026, suggesting the focus is on real-world use rather than concept flair.

The new Jeep Compass range will also expand. In addition to a Mild Hybrid and a 213-hp electric version with around 500 km of range, a Plug-in variant will join the lineup, combining a 1.6-liter gasoline engine with an electric motor for a total of 195 hp. The battery-electric version will offer 73- and 97-kWh options and up to 375 hp. The spread of batteries and outputs hints at a clear strategy: cover both efficiency-minded buyers and those chasing stronger performance.

Europe is also set to see the debut of the Wagoneer S, a large electric SUV with two motors delivering around 600 hp and a 100-kWh battery providing up to 480 km of range. Taken together, these newcomers could define Jeep’s 2026 roster and set the tone for the brand’s electric push, keeping capability at the center as the lineup goes battery-powered.
