2026 Ford Bronco Sport refresh: tech and trim updates, new colors

Ford refines the 2026 Bronco Sport lineup: smaller clusters on most trims, updated Black Diamond, Free Wheeling dropped, new colors, plus Wi-Fi voice assistant.

Ford has refreshed the equipment list for the 2026 Bronco Sport. In the Big Bend, Heritage, and Outer Banks trims, the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster is replaced by an 8-inch unit. The larger display used to be standard across the range; now it’s available on the Outer Banks only with the Sasquatch package and remains standard on the Badlands. The shift reads as a pragmatic reshuffle that clarifies where the tech extras sit in the lineup.

The Black Diamond package sees revisions as well, dropping several items—including the cargo mat, tie-downs, and steel tow hooks—though some of these can still be ordered separately. The retro-leaning Free Wheeling package with its bright graphics exits the catalog entirely, a move that tidies up the Bronco Sport’s configuration map while keeping the focus on useful hardware.

Two fresh colors join the palette: Orange Fury Metallic Tri-Coat and Space White Metallic. For the first time, a Ford Connectivity package brings Wi‑Fi and a voice assistant. Altogether, the updated Bronco Sport slots into the 2026 roster of top off-road models with its practical streak intact and its trail-ready character undiminished.
