Explore the Buick Century Family flagship MPV: AR-HUD, lidar Smart Drive, Qualcomm 72 TOPS, Bose audio, hybrid and CATL EV range up to 632 km. 2025 launch.
Buick has released new images and fresh details of its flagship MPV, the Century Family, which is slated to reach the market by the end of 2025. Built on the Xiaoyao Super Fusion architecture, the model leans on advanced intelligent control, infotainment, and safety systems to make its case.
At the core is Qualcomm’s SA8775P processor delivering 72 TOPS of computing power to run the digital environment: the instrument cluster, central and passenger displays, a large 21-inch screen for the second row, and a 50-inch panoramic AR-HUD. Every screen supports Retina-grade resolution and reduced blue-light emission, a thoughtful touch for long trips.

The cabin adds two 5.5-inch touch panels dedicated to climate, seat functions, and the mini-fridge, while a Bose audio system creates a theater-like effect. The second-row seats integrate OMS cameras that enable gesture control and monitor passenger status—technology that puts rear occupants firmly in focus.
Safety is handled by the Xiaoyao Smart Drive suite, which pairs laser lidar with 11 cameras and 16 radars. It supports seamless urban NOA, adaptive maneuvering, and intelligent self-parking, including the option to park while in motion, aiming to make the shift from busy streets to tight spaces feel effortless.

Buick will offer two powertrains: a hybrid built around a 1.5-liter engine and a pure electric version using CATL batteries with a driving range of up to 632 km. Taken together, the Century Family blends business-class comfort with forward-looking technology, positioning this premium MPV to set a fresh benchmark for the segment.
