New Stars & Steel Appearance Package for 2026 Silverado HD

Chevrolet has introduced a new Stars & Steel Appearance Package for the 2026 Silverado HD pickup. This special edition celebrates the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Declaration of Independence and offers a more affordable alternative to the previously launched Stars & Steel Special Edition.

The package is available for the Silverado HD LT trim. It features Stars & Steel graphics on the bodywork and comes with a set of black wheel nuts and locks. Unlike the full special edition based on the LTZ trim, this Appearance Package does not include a sunroof, the Max Trailering towing package, a bed cover, or all-weather floor mats.

To order the package, customers must select a Crew Cab pickup in Summit White or Black paint, with the Trail Boss package, a standard tailgate, and a Jet Black interior. For the Silverado 3500 HD, a configuration with front bucket seats and single rear wheels is also required.

The base price for a Silverado 2500 HD LT with the Trail Boss package starts at $66,795, while the Silverado 3500 HD LT Trail Boss begins at $68,150. Pricing for the new Stars & Steel Appearance Package has not yet been announced.

The pickup is offered with two engine options. The gasoline 6.6-liter V8 produces 401 horsepower and 629 Nm of torque. The 6.6-liter Duramax turbo-diesel delivers 470 horsepower and 1,322 Nm. Both engines are paired with a 10-speed Allison automatic transmission.
