Leapmotor A10 electric SUV launches in China with 403-505 km range, fast charging, and AI tech. Pre-orders start March 26, sales in 2026.

Chinese automaker Leapmotor is preparing to launch its new A10 electric crossover. Pre-orders for the model will open in China on March 26, with official sales expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The starting price is set at around 90,990 yuan, roughly equivalent to 12,000 euros.

The Leapmotor A10 is positioned as a compact urban SUV. It measures 4,270 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,635 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm. Its electric motor delivers 90 kW (123 horsepower). The model will offer two battery options: 39.8 kWh and 53 kWh. According to the CLTC cycle, these provide ranges of 403 km and 505 km respectively. Fast charging is supported, allowing the battery to recharge from 30% to 80% in about 16 minutes.

Inside, the cabin features an 8.88-inch digital instrument display and a 14.6-inch central screen with 2.5K resolution. It also includes wireless smartphone charging, ambient lighting, and an artificial intelligence system called Super Xiao Ling, developed on the Tongyi Qianwen platform.

The car is equipped with SA8295 chips for multimedia and SA8650 chips for driver assistance systems, along with a laser sensor. Overall, this combination of price, technology, and range makes the model a promising contender in the urban electric vehicle segment. According to the manufacturer, Leapmotor plans to bring the A10 to the European market in the second half of 2026.
