Auto Privata: luxury car concierge service at Pagani Residences

Pagani has expanded its Pagani Residences project in Miami with a new service called Auto Privata. This automotive concierge was created in partnership with Prestige Imports, one of the major luxury and supercar dealers in the U.S. The idea behind the service is to take all car-related tasks off owners' plates, from maintenance and transportation to prepping the vehicle before a drive.

Services are managed through a dedicated app. Residents of the complex can entrust a team of specialists with secure parking, regular inspections, scheduled maintenance, and professional detailing. The goal is to ensure owners can use their cars at any moment, always finding them fully prepared and in perfect condition.

The service caters to both daily drivers and collectible models. Vehicles can be stored in climate-controlled spaces, transported securely, or prepped in advance for a weekend outing, event, or evening drive.

Auto Privata also handles document management, insurance, and other administrative procedures. For owners with multiple cars, comprehensive collection support is available, including status reports for each vehicle. Pricing for the service has not been disclosed.

Additionally, through Prestige Imports, residents gain access to an international network for sourcing rare and discontinued models, with assistance during inspection and purchase stages.
