Tesla Cybertruck has received a new and expensive set of forged wheels, though Tesla itself had nothing to do with them. As Carscoops reports, California-based tuner Unplugged Performance has unveiled the 24-inch Cybrdisc wheels for the electric pickup.

The main play here is the look. The wheels lean into retrofuturism, drawing comparisons to the wedge-shaped concept cars of the 1970s and the vinyl records of the disco era. According to the maker, the solid disc face not only changes the Cybertruck’s overall image but should also smooth airflow along the sides compared with traditional multi-spoke wheels.

The engineering is built around the weight of the heavy electric pickup as well. Each wheel is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum as a single monoblock piece, measures 9.5 inches wide, and carries a load rating of up to 1,450 kg. Buyers can choose from Gloss Black, Satin Black, and Full Polished finishes, with 295/45 or 315/45 tire sizes.

The price tag turns the package into a niche purchase even by Cybertruck standards. A set of four wheels starts at $7,195, while the polished version runs $7,995. Owners can trade in their factory Tesla wheels for a $1,000 rebate.
