Jetour G700 Ring Tower Edition: specs, pricing and range

At Guangzhou Auto Show 2025, Jetour G700 Ring Tower Edition debuts: hybrid off-road SUV with 1,400 km range, turn-in-place mode and launch pricing, 4x4.

Jetour brought a full spread of SUVs to its stand, pairing bright, road-oriented G700s with a purpose-prepped variant. The mix makes the G700 feel tailored to two worlds at once: families after a comfortable, everyday 4x4 and drivers who plan their weekends around trails and tough terrain.

The G700 Ring Tower Edition is a special version offered in two trims, priced at 359,900–379,900 yuan, with a limited-time sticker of 334,900–354,900 yuan. It’s built on the standard G700, but adds off-road chassis tuning and a signature set of exterior accents that give it a more focused attitude.

Up front, the SUV wears a full-width grille integrated with the headlights, and a more rugged front bumper that underlines its off-road brief. The side view sticks to classic, boxy proportions, set off by flared arches and 18-inch off-road wheels shod with 265/70 R18 tires. The suspension uses adaptive dampers with 64 levels of adjustment. At the rear, there’s an externally mounted spare wheel and a hefty bumper with twin tow points.

Inside, a horizontally oriented, floating instrument panel pairs with a large central display. The center tunnel groups wireless charging, cupholders, and a rotary gear selector, keeping the layout clean and easy to use—usefully practical when you’re bouncing between city streets and dirt tracks.

The Ring Tower Edition runs the Kunpeng Super Hybrid CDM-O setup with a 2.0-liter turbo engine rated at 155 kW. The system’s combined output is 560 kW with 795 Nm of torque. With a full tank and a charged battery, the claimed range reaches up to 1,400 km, which should appeal to anyone eyeing long-distance routes. It also provides a turn-in-place mode and the ability to travel through water for extended stretches.

The ST G700 family shown in Guangzhou leans into a blend of tough design and modern kit. The models stand out with an angular body, broad wheel arches, a substantial front bumper, and distinctive lighting. The cabin takes a premium tack, with a large central display, a bank of physical switches, thoughtful ergonomics, and quality materials—the kind of contrasts that make an SUV feel ready for backroads without giving up everyday comfort.
