Discover the new Hyundai Ioniq 9, a flagship electric crossover with 620 km WLTP range, 350 kW ultra-fast charging, 6/7-seat layouts, and Brazil sales in 2026.

Hyundai has unveiled the new flagship electric crossover, the Ioniq 9, in Brazil—the largest and longest-range vehicle in the brand’s lineup. Built on the E-GMP platform, the Performance version features a 422-hp setup and a 110-kilowatt battery delivering up to 620 km of WLTP range. It does 0–100 km/h in 5.2 seconds.

It supports 350-kW ultra-fast charging, taking the battery from 10 to 80% in roughly 24 minutes. Its substantial footprint—5.06 m long with a 3.13 m wheelbase—allows for six- or seven-seat layouts, and the cabin adds swiveling second-row chairs, a panoramic roof, and a Dynamic Body Care system with massage. The spec sheet points clearly to long-haul comfort and family flexibility.

Inside, eco-friendly materials set the tone; the infotainment setup pairs two 12-inch curved displays, and the cargo area stretches to 908 liters. With a drag coefficient of 0.259 and styling in the brand’s Parametric Pixel theme, the package underlines a clean, recognizable identity.

Sales in Brazil are expected no earlier than 2026; Hyundai will share details on trims and pricing later.
