DealerSAT 2026: BMW and Toyota Lead in Italy

The DealerSAT 2026 study reveals BMW as the top overall brand in Italy, with Toyota winning mass-market for fifth consecutive year. Cupra and Ford Pro also shine.

The results of the DealerSTAT 2026 study, which measures dealer satisfaction with automotive brands, have been revealed in Italy. According to Motor1, the top honors at Automotive Dealer Day 2026 went to BMW, Toyota, Cupra, and Ford Pro. The study examined aspects such as dealer network relations, commercial strategy, and business support.

BMW topped the overall DealerSTAT ranking among car brands in Italy with a score of 4.32 out of 5, well above the national average of 3.40. This marks BMW's second consecutive win and its third overall in the study's history. Toyota and Honda followed, with MINI in fourth place.

Toyota was named the best mass-market brand in Italy for the fifth consecutive year, achieving a score of 4.11 out of 5. Additionally, Toyota topped the European dealer satisfaction study for the second year running across five major markets: Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.

Cupra took the top spot in the business sales category with a score of 3.74 out of 5. Dealers praised its competitive offering, profitability, and fleet support. Meanwhile, Ford Pro retained its leadership among light commercial vehicles, marking its fourth consecutive victory since 2023.
