2026 Jeep Avenger: New Powertrains and 85th Anniversary
Jeep updates the Avenger for 2026: new gasoline, hybrid, 4xe, and electric powertrains, plus an 85th Anniversary Special Edition. Orders open late summer.
Jeep has introduced the updated Avenger, the brand's smallest crossover developed and built in Europe. In a press release, Stellantis says the model gets a fresh design, new technologies, and an 85th Anniversary Special Edition. Orders in Europe are expected to open at the end of summer 2026.
The key change is a wider choice of powertrains. The Avenger will be available with a gasoline Turbo 100 with a 6-speed manual, a 110-hp e-Hybrid with a 48-volt system, a 145-hp all-wheel-drive 4xe version, and a fully electric variant boasting 156 hp and a 54 kWh battery. The electric version has a WLTP range of up to 248 miles (about 399 km).
Exterior updates include new bumpers, redesigned 17- and 18-inch wheels, additional Forest and Bamboo colors, and an illuminated grille on higher trims. Inside, the Avenger features softer door panel materials and an insert on the lower dashboard. Jeep highlights useful options such as matrix LED headlights, a front camera with surround view, Selec-Terrain, and Hill Descent Control, all standard across the range.
The 85th Anniversary edition gets special logos, gold accents on the bumpers and wheels, hood decals, tartan-pattern seats, and distinctive stitching. Prices and the full lineup have not been announced yet; they will be revealed closer to order opening.
