Volvo Trucks Expands Turnkey Solutions Program for EV Charging
Volvo Trucks adds ABM and Lane Valente Industries to its turnkey solutions program, offering streamlined end-to-end EV charging infrastructure for fleets.
Volvo Trucks North America has expanded its turnkey solutions program by bringing on board two new suppliers: ABM (NYSE: ABM) and Lane Valente Industries. That brings the total number of full-service providers in the program to three, alongside InCharge Energy. Together, they offer customers a streamlined, end-to-end approach to deploying electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
The Volvo Turnkey Solutions program is designed to ease the transition to electric trucks. It brings together trusted service providers to manage every step of building charging infrastructure—from planning and financing to installation and ongoing maintenance. By consolidating these services, fleets can move forward with more confidence and fewer headaches.
Daniel Kranz, vice president of charging and infrastructure solutions in North America for Volvo Energy, said the company continues to simplify and expand what it offers customers to make the shift to electric transportation easier. By working with proven suppliers, fleets can rely on experienced professionals to handle the entire process, allowing them to focus on their core operations. Building charging infrastructure on your own can be complex and expensive, especially if you lack the resources to find the best solutions. With the Volvo turnkey program, customers can be assured of success and get extra support when needed.
Under the program, selected service providers handle the full cycle of charging infrastructure creation—from upfront planning and financial support to installation and ongoing operation. For fleets that prefer to manage infrastructure projects themselves, Volvo also offers recommended charging equipment through its dealer network, providing flexibility to match each fleet's specific needs and capabilities.
