Geely Galaxy TT: a 5-meter electric sedan with 333 hp

The new Geely Galaxy TT electric sedan has been revealed in MIIT filings. The 5-meter fastback delivers 333 hp. Learn more about this upcoming electric vehicle.

Geely is preparing a new electric sedan called the Galaxy TT. The model has appeared in documents from the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), which means its official debut isn’t far off. The headline figure is the near five-meter body: the car measures 4999 mm in length.

The Galaxy TT is a fastback design that sets it apart from some of the current Galaxy sedans. Up front, there’s a closed grille, slim rounded headlights, and a three-section lower intake. From the side, you can see semi-flush door handles, wheels with twin five-spoke design, and a sloping roofline. At the rear, there’s a full-width light bar and a large bumper.

The model measures 4999 mm long, 1919 mm wide, and 1479 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2920 mm. By Chinese standards, this is a large electric sedan, so the Galaxy TT won’t be playing in the budget segment—rather, it’s aimed closer to large family and business models.

According to MIIT, the TZ184QY301 electric motor is produced by Wuxi Xingqu Power Technology. Maximum output is 245 kW, or about 333 hp. The gross vehicle weight is listed at 2205 kg, with curb weight ranging from 1765 to 1790 kg depending on the version.

Key details are still missing: Geely hasn’t revealed battery capacity, CLTC range, charging speed, or the suite of driver assistance systems. But the very appearance of the Galaxy TT shows that the brand is quickly expanding its sedan lineup. It joins the Starshine 7, Galaxy A7 EV, and the updated Starshine 8.

In March 2026, Geely Galaxy sold 62,789 cars in China. The new TT is set to add another model to a segment where buyers look not just at price, but at size, range, design, and technology. For now, Geely has only shown the outline of the future car—but it’s a sizable outline.
