Jeep Compass Trail Edition debuts in Japan: 100 units from ¥4,790,000

Jeep launches the limited Compass Trail Edition in Japan on November 29. Only 100 units, priced from ¥4,790,000, with bold styling tweaks and driver aids.

Jeep has introduced the Compass Trail Edition in Japan, a limited-run variant based on the Longitude trim. Sales begin on November 29, with production capped at 100 units and prices starting at 4,790,000 yen.

This special edition leans into a more expressive look. The body pairs black and gray elements with red accents, including along the lower edge of the front bumper. Glossy trim pieces are swapped for Neutral Gray and Gloss Black inserts, and it rides on 18-inch black wheels. At the rear, a camouflage-style badge carries the TRAIL script.

Inside, black panels are set off by red contrast stitching on the seats, steering wheel, and instrument panel. The equipment list mirrors the standard setup: a 10.1-inch Uconnect system and a suite of driver-assistance features.

The Compass Trail Edition targets buyers keen to underline the model’s individuality. The cosmetic tweaks give the SUV a sharper attitude without complicating the spec, and the strictly limited run could make it especially appealing to shoppers eyeing 2025 newcomers with a distinctive look.
