Toyota Showcases New bZ Electric Models at Beijing Auto Show

At the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Toyota debuted the bZ3, bZ5, bZ3X, and flagship bZ7 EVs, highlighting its evolving strategy for the Chinese electric car market.

At the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Toyota unveiled several models from its bZ electric lineup: the bZ3 sedan, bZ5 liftback, bZ3X crossover, and the new flagship bZ7 sedan.

The Toyota bZ5 features a sleek, coupe-like body with narrow front lighting and a closed front end that ditches the traditional grille. Inside, there's a digital instrument cluster, a large central display, and a minimalist layout focused on touch controls.

The bZ3X crossover is built for practicality, with larger dimensions, a taller body, and a spacious cabin. Designed for families, it offers an easier entry and flexible interior space.

The bZ3 sedan shares the lineup's design language, with smooth body lines, a unified light bar, and a clean interior.

The new bZ7 is a larger, more tech-oriented sedan with an elongated body, a low roofline, and a premium positioning. It is expected to come with an expanded set of electronic systems and target the higher market segment.
