The Cadillac Vistiq Ultra is powered by two electric motors with all-wheel drive. Total system output comes to 443 kW (615 hp), with peak torque of 805 Nm. In Velocity Max mode, it sprints to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, placing it among the fastest premium electric crossovers.

Underpinning the Vistiq is a modern electric architecture, powered by a high-voltage battery that delivers up to 601 km of range in the Long Range AWD PRO version. The Ultra variant has a slightly lower range due to larger wheels and more extensive equipment.
