Car Design Award 2026 Winners Revealed at Milan Design Week

The winners of the Car Design Award 2026 have been announced at Milan Design Week. Audi Concept C leads concept cars, Renault Twingo tops production models, and Jeep wins brand design.

The winners of the Car Design Award 2026 have been announced at Milan Design Week. The prize, established by Auto&Design magazine, is awarded in three categories: concept cars, production cars, and brand design.

In the concept category, the Audi Concept C took the top spot. This roadster was developed under the direction of new chief designer Massimo Frascella and sets the direction for the brand's future design. Second place went to the Genesis Magma GT, while the Citroen Elo came in third.

Among production cars, the new Renault Twingo was judged the best. This retro-styled electric vehicle pays homage to the first generation of the model. Rounding out the top three were the BMW iX3 and the Ferrari 849 Testarossa.

In the brand design category, Jeep won first place. Genesis took second, while BMW and Dacia were tied for third.

The awards ceremony takes place at the ADI Design Museum in Milan and remains a key accolade in the automotive industry. Such debuts showcase current design trends and help shape the look of future models.
