On the Korean market, pricing starts at 36.79 million won ($25,041) for the gasoline version and 42.06 million won ($28,628) for the hybrid. The hybrid variant is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine. It achieves a fuel economy of 18.1 km/l, a figure that contributed to it accounting for about 62% of K8 sales last year.

A new Smart Owner program has also been launched. For purchases made by the end of May, customers will receive bonus points. If delivery is delayed, compensation for tax changes will be provided. Additionally, a loan starting from 2.9% and a residual value guarantee of up to 70% are being offered.

Overall, the updated sedan continues to build on the 2026 model year segment. It offers a blend of modern technology, comfort, and competitive pricing.
