Renault Master 2026 diesel and electric models for Australia

Renault Master arrives in Australia in June 2026 with diesel and electric options, featuring modern tech and up to 400 km range. Learn about specs and availability.

The Renault Master will arrive on the Australian market in June 2026, offering buyers a choice between a traditional diesel engine and an electric powertrain.

The diesel variant features a modern two-liter turbocharged engine that delivers 125 kilowatts of power, roughly equivalent to 170 horsepower. This engine produces 380 newton-meters of torque, providing strong pulling power even under heavy loads.

Power is transmitted through an intelligent nine-speed automatic transmission that ensures smooth gear changes and improves fuel efficiency. A key feature is the AdBlue exhaust treatment system, which reduces emissions of harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx).

The electric version, called the Master E-Tech, comes with an 87 kWh battery that provides a range of approximately 400 kilometers on a single charge. This significantly expands the capabilities of commercial vehicles, making electric models attractive for small businesses and delivery services.

One of its standout features is support for fast charging at up to 130 kW, allowing the battery to charge nearly twice as fast as conventional electric vehicles in the same class.

Both versions of the Renault Master offer buyers a choice of various body sizes and roof types, enabling them to select the optimal configuration based on their specific business or customer needs. The maximum permitted weight reaches four tons for the diesel variant and three and a half tons for the electric version.

The updated Renault Master's interior showcases modern solutions. A large ten-inch touchscreen takes center stage, supporting mobile device connectivity via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The middle of the three front seats can be equipped with a fold-down workspace.

Further details about the Renault Master for the Australian market will be revealed closer to its launch.
