Mercedes-AMG is conducting final testing of a new version of the electric GLC crossover with EQ technology. A prototype was spotted with minimal camouflage during winter trials.

The model is built on the MB.EA platform with an 800-volt architecture. The previously revealed variant with two electric motors delivers 483 horsepower and can travel up to 715 km on a single charge.

According to preliminary data, the new AMG version will feature a three-motor setup with up to 939 horsepower. An active rear spoiler and enhanced dynamic characteristics are also expected. The crossover is in the final testing phase before its market launch, anticipated by year-end. This new model will become the flagship of the electric GLC lineup.

The model's development reflects the trend toward sporty vehicles, where manufacturers combine high power with electric technology and increased range.
