Totem Automobili GT Electric Zeal01: new electric sports car revealed

Italian automaker Totem Automobili has unveiled the GT Electric Zeal01, a new electric sports car. According to the company's statement to 32CARS, this model marks the 18th vehicle in the GT Series program and was built to a custom order from a California client.

Like other brand projects, this car was developed in collaboration with its owner. The exterior features a unique three-layer metallic paint called Azzurro Pervinca, inspired by California coastal hues. Gold accents and matte carbon elements with Totem's signature diamond weave pattern complete the design.

For the first time in an electric GT version, Totem has implemented a two-tone interior. The cabin is upholstered in Nappa leather with blue and cream shades featuring contrasting stitching. Additionally, a custom pied-de-poule fabric was created specifically for this vehicle through collaboration with a Florentine craft workshop.

Technically speaking, the Zeal01 features an electronically controlled suspension developed with Italian company ORAM. This system allows independent adjustment of front and rear suspension, enabling the car to adapt for comfortable or more sport-oriented driving.

The vehicle also incorporates several bespoke details, including Sabelt carbon seats with leather inserts, CNC-machined interior elements, quilted door panels, leather headliner, and blue Brembo brake calipers with gold lettering.

Totem Automobili emphasizes that the Zeal01 represents one of their most sophisticated projects on the company's electric platform, blending modern technology with traditional Italian automotive craftsmanship.
