Aston Martin's first South American residential project in Paraíba

Aston Martin partners with Setai Grupo GP for luxury residences in Brazil, featuring interior design by the brand, with completion set for 2031.

Aston Martin has announced its first residential project in South America. In partnership with Brazilian developer Setai Grupo GP, the brand will create the Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin complex in Paraíba state.

The centerpiece of the project will be a 45-story tower on a site covering approximately 30,000 square meters. Apartment sizes range from 105 to 320 square meters, with completion scheduled for 2031.

Aston Martin will lead the interior design, incorporating signature design elements, premium materials, and a focus on craftsmanship. This project continues the expansion of the Interiors by Aston Martin line, following previous developments in Japan and the United States.

The Paraíba region is seen as a promising market for luxury real estate, thanks to growing tourism and investment inflows. Developer Setai Grupo GP has previously delivered over 8,000 properties in northeastern Brazil.

Overall, this new project strengthens Aston Martin's positioning as a global luxury brand beyond the automotive industry, expanding its presence in the ultra-premium real estate segment.
