First images of the new DS 7 crossover surface online, featuring hybrid and EV options on the STLA Medium platform. Learn about its specs and design details.

The first images of the new mid-size crossover DS 7 have surfaced online, with its official debut expected soon. This model will succeed the DS 7 and will be produced at the Melfi plant in Italy.

Built on the STLA Medium platform, the new vehicle shares architecture with several Stellantis models, including the Jeep Compass and DS 8. This platform supports both hybrid and fully electric versions.

Based on the leaked photos, the DS 7 features narrow LED headlights, distinctive daytime running lights, a closed grille with the brand logo, and flush door handles. The roofline flows smoothly into a spoiler with an integrated stop light, while the rear lights are shaped like an inverted letter L. The crossover measures about 4.6 meters in length.

The lineup includes a mild hybrid with a PureTech engine producing 145 hp, plus a plug-in hybrid with 225 hp. For electric versions, a single-motor setup offers between 213 and 230 hp, and an all-wheel-drive variant with up to 350 hp is also possible.
