The black-and-red color scheme directly echoes the EB16/4 concept from 2003, while the FKP index references Ferdinand Karl Piëch, a key figure in the hypercar's development. Externally, the car is positioned as a modern interpretation of the legend, preserving its distinctive silhouette and proportions.

Engine and Technical Basis: The W16 Is Almost Certain to Return

Although Bugatti has not yet disclosed technical details, the project's logic is clear: if the Hommage is dedicated to the Veyron, it should feature that car's signature W16. The Solitaire division already produces "final" models with this engine, and the FKP will likely be one of the last vehicles to use the quad-turbo 8-liter powerplant.
